How it works
- 1
Set how many head you take
Set the head per day for each animal. Close the days you are off, and override a day when you need to.
- 2
Farmers book on your link
They pick the animal and the day, then fill out their cut sheet before pickup day, not at the counter.
- 3
Texts go out for you
A confirmation when they book, a reminder a week before, and another the day before. When someone cancels, the waitlist gets a text and the day refills.
What it replaces
- The spiral notebook with the slots written in pencil.
- The whiteboard by the cooler.
- The phone calls nine months out, asking what is open in October.
- The cut sheet filled in at the counter while the farmer waits.

My farmers aren't online.
They get a text with a link to your booking page and book from their phone. You can still book them by phone. It is the same calendar, so a phone booking shows up on the page too.
What if I overbook on purpose?
You can. Staff can book past the head count for a day. That is a staff action, so it stays your call.
Do you take a cut of deposits?
No. Deposits go to your Stripe account. Stripe's card fee is the only charge on top of the plan.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. One click in Settings exports your bookings, farmers and cut sheets. It still works after you cancel.
Who do I talk to?
A person. Email brady.r.chrisman@gmail.com. You'll hear back within a day.
