What we store

If you use LockerSlot to run your locker, we store:

• Your account: your email address, business name and phone number.
• Your farmers: their names, phone numbers and email addresses, as they book or as you enter them.
• Your bookings: species, dates, head counts, deposits and status.
• Cut sheets: the answers a farmer or your staff fills in for each animal.
• A log of every text message and email sent from your account, with the time it went out.

Who processes it

We use these companies to run the service. Each one only gets what it needs for its job.

• Supabase stores our database.
• Stripe handles our subscription, and card payments from farmers that go to your own Stripe account.
• Twilio sends text messages.
• Resend sends email.
• Vercel hosts the app and runs the reminder jobs.

What we do not do

We never sell your data or your farmers' data.

Your farmers

A locker stores its farmers' information on its own behalf. If you are a farmer who booked at a locker and want your information removed, ask that locker. It controls its own records and can delete them.

Your control

You can export everything from Settings at any time, including after you cancel. You can also delete your account from Settings. That removes everything: your account, your farmers, bookings, cut sheets and message log.
